David Brody

David Brody is a civil rights and technology legal expert. He is the founder and former director of the Digital Justice Initiative at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. He previously served in the Federal Communications Commission, where he worked on broadband privacy and other regulatory matters.
