Daniel Berrick

Daniel Berrick, JD, is a Policy Counsel at the Future of Privacy Forum. His work involves analyzing complex consumer and commercial privacy law issues, from technology-specific areas such as advertising practices, drones, wearables, connected cars, and student privacy, to general data management and privacy issues related to ethics, de-identification, algorithms, and the Internet of Things. In this role, Daniel also collaborates with industry, peers, and the wider privacy community to identify and develop best practices for data privacy.
