Charles Coon

Charles Coon is the Senior Communications Manager at DAI and supports the Critical Infrastructure Digitalization and Resilience (CIDR) program, a USAID program to promote cybersecurity in the Western Balkans, Black Sea region, and South Caucasus. The CIDR team works with governments, critical infrastructure operators, and their partners to provide assistance to partner nations in cybersecurity governance, cybersecurity assessment, cyber workforce development, and information sharing. Previously, Charles worked for nearly 30 years as a newspaper reporter, in corporate communications, and as an instructor of public affairs and communications strategy at the Defense Information School (DINFOS).
