Ceren Fitoz

Ceren Fitoz is a digital open source investigator at the Human Rights Center. In addition to conducting research for the Technology, Law & Policy program, Ceren supports the HRC’s professional training program. Previously, she worked for two years as an open source investigative specialist for an international organization in the Netherlands. Ceren is an alumni of the HRC’s Investigations Lab, working on investigations in Peru, Morocco, Sudan, and Syria with a range of journalistic, advocacy, and legal accountability aims. She holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley in Global Studies, with a specialization in the Middle East and North Africa.
