Cecilia Marrinan

Cecilia Marrinan is the Tech Policy Associate at the Kapor Foundation, where she works to create a more equitable technology ecosystem by addressing racial and socioeconomic disparities. Her prior experience includes positions at the White House Office of Public Engagement, the National Geographic Society, and the Council on Foreign Relations. Cecilia is also a contributor to the Federation of American Scientists’ 2025 AI and Energy Policy Sprint. In 2020, she founded Skaneateles for Social Justice, where she organized a Black Lives Matter march and partnered with her local school district to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in its curriculum. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Public Affairs from Brown University.
