Caterina Santoro

Caterina Santoro is a researcher with an academic background in law and public administration. She is pursuing a PhD at the Public Governance Institute of KU Leuven in Belgium and is a member of the Open Data for Digital and Social Inclusion Lab at TU Delft in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on the governance of data and technology, with particular attention to inequities and the evolving relationship between public institutions and private-sector actors.
