Bernard Ngalim

Bernard Ngalim, PhD, was born in Cameroon and now lives in the United States. He has studied and worked in Cameroon, China, South Africa, and the United States. He works with communities, academia, industry, non-profit organizations, and governments on governance issues related to technology for development, natural resources management, democracy and public participation. Bernard also teaches development studies at the University of Oregon and focuses on research areas such as foreign direct investment, governance, technology for development, cybersecurity, and data privacy laws.
