Attamongkol Tantratian

Atta is a Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) candidate at Indiana University Maurer School of Law. His research on the intersection of intellectual property, data protection, and emerging technology has been featured at Stanford Trust and Safety Research Conference 2023 and the UN IGF in Kyoto, among other venues. Currently assisting in the UN Tech Envoy Office, he previously worked with the legal team at Thailand Development Research Institute, where he developed sectoral data protection compliance guidelines. Atta is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and maintains CIPP/E and CIPP/US certifications.
