Ashkhen Kazaryan

Ashkhen Kazaryan is a tech policy expert specializing in digital free speech, artificial intelligence and the intersection of constitutional rights and technology. She was a Fall 2024 visiting fellow at the Georgetown McCourt School of Public Policy and is a Fellow at Freedom Forum. Previously, Ashkhen was the lead for North and Latin America on the Content Regulation team at Meta, and was also its policy lead on Section 230. Prior to that she served as the Director of Civil Liberties at TechFreedom.
