Alexander Riabov

Alexander Riabov is a Senior Communications Advisor on DAI’s Digital Frontiers, covering cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), ICT policy, and emerging tech topics. He also serves as DAI’s lead technical writer for Digital Frontiers activities under the Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP). In addition, Alexander supported numerous technology initiatives including USAID’s Equitable AI Challenge and Community of Practice (CoP), USAID’s Digital Financial Services (DFS) programming guide, and USAID’s digital development country knowledge portal. Prior to joining DAI, Alexander worked as the Communications Manager for the Institute for Security and Technology (IST), a San Francisco-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing solutions to critical cyber and security challenges, the Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL), and the International Finance Corporation – World Bank Group. Alex holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University which includes direct enrollment at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
