Aklovya Panwar

Aklovya Panwar is a lawyer by training. He serves as a legal researcher at the High Court of Uttarakhand, assisting the Hon'ble Justice with analytical briefs and legal queries. Specializing in TMT Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Constitutional Law, he focuses on the intersection of law, technology, and public policy. As a former Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament (LAMP) Fellow, he worked on education policy, digital safety, surveillance technologies, etc.
