Abigail Kunkler

Abigail Kunkler is Counsel at EPIC, where she co-leads the Worker Privacy team with Mayu Tobin-Miyaji. Her other work focuses on strategic litigation, federal government databases, privacy and democracy, and law enforcement technology. Abigail is a first-generation college graduate and a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
