Shubhangi Heda

Shubhangi Heda is a PhD student with the Digital Media Research Centre at the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Her research focuses on assessing the impact of streaming services on content norms in non-western contexts. She has previously worked as a tech and media policy analyst with think tanks in India. She has a master’s in public policy with a specialization in media and communications policy from the Central European University in Austria. She also holds a bachelor’s in law from O.P. Jindal Global University in India.
